Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread it to cover the bottom.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Fill each chocolate-lined cup with the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Top with remaining melted chocolate to cover the pumpkin filling.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  8. Remove from liners and serve.
