- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce over medium heat.
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the teriyaki sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Adjust the spice level by adding sriracha to the teriyaki sauce.
- Serve with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
