Description

A sweet and crunchy treat made with Ube and Rice Krispies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Ube extract
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Mix in the Ube extract and salt until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • For added flavor, consider sprinkling some coconut flakes on top before cooling.
  • Ube extract can be adjusted based on desired flavor intensity.
