Instructions

  3. Press the dough into a pie pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  6. Pour the custard into the baked crust.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
