- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, apple cider, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This loaf tastes better the next day.
- You can add chopped apples for extra texture.
