Description
A delicious way to use leftover turkey from Thanksgiving by stuffing pasta shells with a creamy mixture.
Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Place stuffed shells on top of the sauce in the dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can use any leftover turkey or chicken.
- Add more vegetables for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
