Description

A fun and festive twist on a classic crunchwrap, perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup stuffing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon gravy
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
  3. Layer the mashed potatoes in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add the turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
  5. Drizzle with gravy.
  6. Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a wrap.
  7. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Remove from skillet and cut in half to serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize fillings based on your leftovers.
  • Use a larger tortilla for more filling.
  • Serve with extra gravy on the side.
