A fun and festive twist on a classic crunchwrap, perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup stuffing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon gravy
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
- Layer the mashed potatoes in the center of the tortilla.
- Add the turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Drizzle with gravy.
- Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a wrap.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cut in half to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to customize fillings based on your leftovers.
- Use a larger tortilla for more filling.
- Serve with extra gravy on the side.
