Ingredients

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of chopped nuts
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Let it cool completely and then break into pieces.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the candy if desired.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- You can substitute nuts with dried fruits if preferred.
