Thai Sticky Chicken Fingers are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and sesame oil.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
