A flavorful pasta dish featuring shrimp and basil pesto.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in basil pesto and cooked spaghetti. Mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
