Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in teriyaki sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In another pot, steam broccoli and bell peppers until tender.
  5. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by the turkey mixture and steamed vegetables.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
