- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 cups steamed broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and then the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the beef. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Steam the broccoli florets until bright green and tender (about 4-5 minutes).
- In serving bowls, start with a base of cooked rice, top with teriyaki ground beef, and arrange steamed broccoli on the side or on top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving warm.
