  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and then the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Drain excess fat if necessary, then pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the beef. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Steam the broccoli florets until bright green and tender (about 4-5 minutes).
