- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately or chill before serving.
