Description

This Super Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the flavors of ripe bananas and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture.
  5. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Finally, stir in the flour and chocolate chips until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
