Description

A delicious layered dessert combining strawberries, cheesecake, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package (10 oz) ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a trifle dish, layer ladyfingers, cream mixture, strawberries, and strawberry jam.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
