Description

Steak Cheese Pretzels are a delicious snack made with tender steak and melted cheese wrapped in soft pretzel dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package pretzel dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the flank steak in a skillet until browned, then slice it thinly.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a slice of steak and some cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to use a different type of cheese.
  • Ensure the steak is cooked to your preference.
