Ingredients

- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the crust.
- Top with sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- Feel free to add other toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
