Description

A delicious homemade pizza topped with spinach and ricotta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the crust.
  6. Top with sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
