Description

Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushrooms are a delicious appetizer filled with creamy spinach and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
