Description

A flavorful and spicy chicken dish that combines tender chicken pieces with a zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix in chili sauce, honey, and sesame oil, then cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

  • Adjust the amount of chili sauce to your preferred spice level.
  • Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
