Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix in chili sauce, honey, and sesame oil, then cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of chili sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
