Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Marinate tofu in soy sauce and smoked paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender.
  4. Drain sweet potatoes and mash with coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill the marinated tofu until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve smoky tofu steak with creamy mashed sweet potatoes.
