Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Marinate tofu in soy sauce and smoked paprika for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender.
- Drain sweet potatoes and mash with coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the marinated tofu until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve smoky tofu steak with creamy mashed sweet potatoes.

- For extra flavor, add garlic to the mashed sweet potatoes.
