Description

A delightful dessert that combines rich chocolate flavors with creamy peanut butter, featuring a fudgy brownie texture and gooey pudding.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (approximately 18 oz)
  • 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the peanut butter until evenly distributed.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and mix until dispersed.
  5. Transfer the brownie batter into the prepared slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours, until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.
  7. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Scoop into bowls and enjoy warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
