Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the cheese is melted and the pasta is tender, serve immediately.
