Description

A simple and flavorful slow cooker dish featuring tender chicken cooked with Greek spices and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle feta cheese on top.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or pita bread.
  • Can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
