- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pita bread.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
