Description

A hearty and comforting slow cooker dish made with ground beef, beans, corn, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the browned beef and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese.
