- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the slow cooker.
- Add the browned beef and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese.
