Description

Slow Cooker Chicken Parm Meatballs is a hearty dish featuring chicken meatballs simmered in marinara sauce and topped with cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 ounces)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  • Serve with pasta or on sub rolls for a meatball sandwich.
