Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess fat, and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced onion, carrots, celery, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour beef broth over the ingredients, stir, and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
