- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup BBQ sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf, ensuring it’s compact but not too tight.
- Carefully place the meatloaf in the slow cooker and brush some extra BBQ sauce on top if desired.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Notes
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For freezing, slice the meatloaf first and wrap each slice in foil.
