- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a skull shape.
- Coat the cheese ball with chopped walnuts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance.
- Use additional olives for eyes and mouth details.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
