Description

A festive cheese ball shaped like a skeleton, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into a skull shape.
  4. Coat the cheese ball with chopped walnuts.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • This cheese ball can be made a day in advance.
  • Use additional olives for eyes and mouth details.
