Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, milk, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
