Description

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, milk, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
