A sweet treat combining the flavors of Samoas cookies with crunchy puppy chow.
Ingredients

- 4 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in caramel sauce until smooth.
- Pour melted mixture over rice chex and gently mix until coated.
- Add shredded coconut and mix well.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For added flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the chocolate mixture.
- Customize by adding nuts or other toppings if desired.
