Description

A sweet and salty treat combining pretzels and salted caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Melt caramel candies with heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Pour melted caramel over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  10. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Can substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
