Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mango, avocado, red onion, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Once salmon is cooked, remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
- Serve salmon bites topped with mango avocado salsa and sprinkle with cilantro.
