- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 slices of bread (your choice)
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the strawberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
- Roast the strawberries in the oven for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the whipped ricotta on each slice of toast.
- Top with roasted strawberries and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
