Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, oil, food coloring, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the pancakes before serving.
