Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, oil, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the pancakes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the glaze by adding more milk or powdered sugar.
- Serve with fresh berries for added flavor.
- Store leftover pancakes in the refrigerator.
