Description

A light and fluffy cake made with angel food cake mix and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and water, and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the fresh raspberries and lemon juice gently.
  4. Pour the batter into an ungreased angel food cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool upside down in the pan.
  7. Once cool, remove from the pan and serve.

  • Make sure the mixing bowl is clean and dry for the best rise.
