Easy and delicious cranberry meatballs perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Pour the cranberry mixture over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less cranberry sauce.
