A delightful twist on classic tiramisu featuring pumpkin flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and pumpkin mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

- Use homemade pumpkin puree for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
