Description

A delightful twist on classic tiramisu featuring pumpkin flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds.
  5. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and pumpkin mixture.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • Use homemade pumpkin puree for best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
