Delicious pumpkin pie crumble bars with a sweet and crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These bars can be served warm or cold.
