Description

Delicious pumpkin pie crumble bars with a sweet and crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the pumpkin layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
