Description

Delicious pumpkin brownies that combine the rich flavor of chocolate with the warmth of pumpkin.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares.
