Description

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and pretzel crumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with pretzel crumbs.
  5. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. In a saucepan, combine mustard, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  8. Serve the chicken with the mustard cheddar sauce on top.
