- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated coconut and sugar together.
- Add eggs and melted butter, and stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
