Description

Ingredients

  • Flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pesto sauce (fresh or jarred)
  • Grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle olive oil on each.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Arrange the sliced grilled chicken breast on top of the pesto-covered flatbreads and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, slice, and serve warm.
