Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and baking soda until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For a nuttier flavor, use crunchy peanut butter.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
