Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  4. Stir in rolled oats, chocolate chips, and baking soda until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
