Description

A flavorful lasagna layered with Parmesan garlic cheeseburgers, pasta, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Add half of the beef mixture, half of the ricotta, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and topping with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
  • Let leftovers cool completely before storing in the fridge.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
