Description

Parmesan Crusted Salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with a crispy parmesan topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  5. Press the cheese mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
